Brasserie Not only is the old corn exchange home to part of the Pinault Collection, it also houses a highly creative restaurant. In homage to the history of the premises, Michel and Sébastien Bras take seeds, cereals and legumes as their starting point and cook up healthy and contemporary cuisine.
